Q: Do you charge extra for the service of your design team?

A: No extra charges based on the company policy; this is a part of our service.

Q: What is the difference between semi-custom and full custom?

A: Semi-custom can also be defined as ODM, which is using our current artwork designs but changing to your logos. The lead time is around 2-3 weeks after the order is confirmed. Sample delivery time for 1 piece is 1 week.

Full custom can be defined as OEM. We follow your designs or patterns provided by you and proceed with the order following your advice.

Q: Do you have a price list?

A: In custom apparel, prices are determined by a number of factors. Once all of the details are confirmed, your order will be priced individually. There are some price lists of our regular products. If you need, we would like to offer them to you.

Q: What are your minimums?

A: We use flexible customization, with a minimum order of 1 piece, and the price will change with the quantity.
