Art Guidelines For You

1. File format

We accept vector files saved in AI, PDF, or EPS formats to ensure that the image fonts are displayed correctly. Vector files allow your artwork to remain sharp and clear at any size. If you only have raster images (such as JPG or PNG), please make sure they are high resolution to maintain clarity during printing. Whenever possible, using vector files is highly recommended for the best production results and color accuracy.

2. Colors

The best way to choose a color is to use the Tarstone Color Chart. Depending on your screen, the actual color may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. If you would like to confirm a color, please contact us or your account manager.

If you need absolutely true colors, it is recommended to use Pantone® color cards, which are available in most art stores.

3. Font & Text

Please provide us with the exact font you want when making it, so as to achieve a more perfect result. All text must be converted to outlines before submission. This ensures no font issues or layout changes during production.

4. Template Download

If you have your own design ideas, you can download templates from the Template module to create your own designs, or you can get free design services.
