After artwork confirmation, our sampling lead time is about 7 days (sublimation). Physical samples are shipped via express so you can check quality before bulk production.

No. We use heat-transfer sublimation, where ink bonds into the fiber — colors stay vivid and won't crack, peel, or fade through repeated wash cycles.

Because all items are made-to-order with your custom design, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind. However, if there is a quality defect or production error, we will remake or refund free of charge. We send pre-production photos for your confirmation to avoid issues.
